Looking for a tumbler that’s truly you? Our Custom Tumblers are made to order and designed around your unique idea, theme, or inspiration. I only do 20oz Straight Skinny Tumblers.
To get started, email your request to 📧 info@kimberkayedesigns.com before purchasing. Please include a brief description of what you’re looking for (theme, colors, name, phrase, inspiration images, etc.). I’ll review your request and let you know if it’s something I’m able to create.
Once approved, you’ll purchase this custom tumbler listing and email your order number along with any images or final details needed to complete your design.

- Custom tumblers are handmade and one-of-a-kind
- Additional embellishments such as glitter, glow-in-the-dark, specialty finishes, or extra design elements may incur an additional charge
- Pricing adjustments (if needed) will be discussed and approved before work begins
- Because this is a custom item, all sales are final once production starts

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Processing times do vary depending on circumstances out of my control. But I will always strive to get your package into the mail within 24-72hrs. From this point you will receive an email with a tracking number and will be able to keep yourself informed of any delivery status as well as delivery date. USPS delivery times range from 7-14 days depending on your proximity to myself.
